At ACE Dental , we deliver big-city dentistry with a small-town heart — and we're looking for an Office Manager who isn't just running operations, but owning conversion and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. This is a conversion-focused leadership role . You will be the owner of treatment acceptance in the practice — ensuring every patient understands their options, says yes to care, and stays on track throughout their journey.

What You'll Own and Drive:

Treatment conversion is your responsibility — from consult to close, you will manage and optimize how treatment is presented, tracked, and accepted. Lead the team through the entire patient journey , ensuring seamless coordination, timely follow-up, and consistent communication. Ensure all trackers, consult logs, and follow-up tools are fully completed, accurate, and reviewed daily. Directly coach and develop front office and treatment team members in sales techniques , treatment presentation, and financial communication. Monitor and act on KPIs for case acceptance, production goals, scheduling, and patient retention . Build a results-driven culture with warmth, transparency, and integrity — no gimmicks, just exceptional care.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience Proven success in closing treatment plans and driving conversions Strong leadership and team development skills Confidence managing systems, metrics, and accountability tools Deep understanding of dental insurance, treatment workflows, and financial options Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
