Office Manager - Pediatric Dental Practice We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Office Manager to lead the front office at our kids' dental practice! About Us We're a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental office dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for our young patients and their families. What You'll Do Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification Manage the practice using Dentrix Ascend (scheduling, billing, patient records, reporting) Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring a friendly, efficient patient experience Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable/payable Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA Resolve patient concerns with patience and a positive attitude Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to keep the schedule running smoothly Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Support hiring, onboarding, and training of office staff What We're Looking For Experience as an office manager in a dental or medical practice (pediatric experience a plus!)
