Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (admin focus) Lead the Team Behind One of Longview's Most Trusted Practices Longview Family Dental is a full-scope practice where patients rave about the team by name and have been coming back for years. Dr. Goelz has built a practice centered on clinical excellence, genuine patient relationships, and a team culture that shows and they need a strong Office Manager to help lead it. If you're a dental operations leader who thrives on building teams, hitting goals, and making a practice run at its best this is your seat. What You'll Do Lead and support the front office and clinical teams day-to-day Monitor and act on KPIs, production, collections, and key performance metrics Review reports and budgets to drive informed operational decisions Support treatment planning and case presentation to improve patient acceptance Manage scheduling, workflow, and office organization Maintain high standards for patient experience and team accountability Partner with Pearl Street Dental Partners leadership on growth and operational improvements Foster a positive, productive, team-first culture What We're Looking For Previous dental office manager experience -required Strong leadership and team management skills Comfortable reading and acting on financial reports and office performance data Experience with treatment planning conversations and patient financial discussions Highly organized, solution-oriented, and dependable Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills Open Dental experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer $48,000-$52,000/year based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life and disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee discount Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with half-day Fridays Growth and development opportunities through Pearl Street Dental Partners Ready to lead a practice that Longview patients love?
