This role ensures excellent patient experience while supporting staff and improving clinic performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations across clinical locations Track, and achieve key goals (patient scheduling, attendance, and customer service metrics) Coach, train, and develop front office staff to improve performance and consistency Monitor patient flow and ensure an efficient, positive experience Maintain accurate reporting on front office performance and clinic activity Identify issues and implement improvements to meet clinic target Requirements Bilingual required Customer service experience Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Why Join Us?
