We are a growing multi-office dental group in Dallas focused on building a high-performance patient-first culture. We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager English/Spanish required who is confident organized and experienced in leading a high-volume production-driven dental office while building a strong team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a leader who is sales-minded results-driven and passionate about patient experience. What You Will Do Lead coach and develop Front Desk Treatment Coordinators and Insurance teams Train new hires and drive accountability across the team Oversee patient intake insurance verification and accurate data entry in Open Dental Improve phone performance scheduling efficiency and new patient conversion Support treatment presentation financing options and patient follow-up Manage provider schedules to minimize gaps and maximize production Drive same-day treatment acceptance and case closing Ensure a high-level VIP patient experience and resolve concerns quickly Track analyze and report daily weekly KPIs Key Performance Metrics KPIs New patient flow and conversion Production and collections Treatment acceptance rate Schedule efficiency and fill rate Recall and reactivation Front office accuracy Must be comfortable consistently hitting and maintaining KPI targets What We Are Looking For Must Haves Bilingual English Spanish required Open Dental experience required Proven experience managing a high patient volume dental office Sales mindset with strong ability to close treatment plans Strong understanding of production goals and case acceptance Leadership skills with ability to hold team accountable and drive results Experience training and developing front office staff Excellent customer service skills patient experience is number one priority Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday Friday 10 AM to 6 PM Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM Why Join Our Team Established growing multi-office dental group in Dallas High patient volume and strong consistent flow Supportive leadership and team-focused culture Opportunity to make a measurable impact and grow within the company
