In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, manage clinical staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimize office workflows. Your expertise in medical office management and team supervision will drive exceptional patient service and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment while utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of medical administrative support, electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), and healthcare management best practices. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow across administrative and clinical teams Oversee medical records management, including electronic health records (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks. Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling Monitor fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial management, and billing processes to ensure financial health of the practice Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, health policy standards, and accreditation requirements like JCAHO Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery, including managing acute care and hospital experience protocols Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility safety standards Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice supervision with a strong background in medical office experience and clinic operations Demonstrated supervising experience managing teams within a healthcare setting or dental clinic experience preferred Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health records (EHR) systems Expertise in fiscal management areas such as budgeting, financial management, managed care, utilization management and billing procedures Ability to lead human resources activities including recruitment, training, performance reviews and conflict resolution Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; acute care or hospital experience is a plus Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care while advancing your career in healthcare management.
