Galaxy Vets is looking for a Support Staff Manager to lead our incredible team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants. What You'll Do As our Support Staff Manager, you'll wear two important hats: clinical leader and people leader. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll continue working on the hospital floor alongside your team for approximately 30 hours each week , providing patient care, supporting workflows, mentoring staff in real time, and stepping in wherever you're needed. Outside of your clinical shifts, you'll focus on leading, developing, and growing our support staff team.
