Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Plastic Surgery Practice Manager in a busy, upscale plastic surgery boutique. This role involves managing check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers the potential to transition to full-time employment with benefits for the right candidate. The ideal individual is presentable, detail-oriented, able to follow through on tasks, and capable of handling a dynamic environment with professionalism. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including scheduling appointments and verifying patient information. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing calls as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records. Support the Practice Manager with various operational duties to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Follow through diligently on assigned tasks, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail. Maintain a presentable and professional appearance consistent with an upscale boutique environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Potentially take on additional responsibilities as required to support the practice's needs. Requirements Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice setting is a plus, particularly within plastic surgery or similar fields. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse patient base. Excellent communication skills—professional, courteous, and clear in interactions. Presentable appearance suitable for an upscale boutique environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on tasks independently. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A positive attitude with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Flexibility to transition from part-time to full-time employment with benefits based on performance.
