The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team while managing essential office functions in a professional setting. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems Oversee scheduling management for staff and appointments, ensuring efficient calendar coordination Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives Handle vendor management, including procurement and maintaining professional relationships Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and QuickBooks accounting processes Ensure accurate filing, record keeping, and document management in compliance with company policies Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy enforcement Coordinate event planning for company meetings, workshops, or special events Maintain excellent communication with team members and external partners through phone etiquette and organizational skills Support medical office management tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record handling Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment Supervising experience with team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management software, and multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical and bookkeeping tasks Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Experience with event planning, vendor management, payroll processing, budgeting, and human resources functions preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Office experience combined with clerical or administrative expertise is essential Prior experience in medical office management is a plus but not required This position is integral to maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting the overall success of our organization.
