Practice Manager & Surgery Coordinator Job Overview We are a growing plastic surgery practice looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Practice Manager & Surgery Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual role that combines practice operations management with a patient-facing, sales-driven surgery coordination function. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction Coordinate surgical procedures from pre-operative scheduling, surgery quote and close, ensuring all aspects adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards for surgery (Quad A standards) Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, invoices, and fiscal management to support sustainable practice growth Supervise office staff, including training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions to maintain a motivated team Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic, Patient Now, or eClinicalWorks while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and patient care quality Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic operations, manage managed care contracts, and facilitate utilization management processes Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting; dental or veterinary clinic experience is a plus Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing teams in fast-paced environments Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Patient Now, Epic, or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with hospital experience or JCAHO standards is advantageous Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management Solid understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations Experience coordinating surgical procedures or acute care services is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure In-depth knowledge of plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures (e.g., rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, facelifts, body contouring). Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
