Requirements:
must be bilingual -- Spanish preferred 2 years of treatment coordinating + office management required -- dental
Duties:
Maintaining a full schedule for providers Closing reports, end of day, payroll, etc. Verifying insurances (Medicaid and PPO) Checking in and checking out patients Explain treatment and schedule treatments Call and schedule patients Collect payments Send pre-auths to insurances Basic cleaning duties Adhere to OSHA, radiology and safety standards Motivate team by empowering and training. Deliver evaluations and boost morale. Ensure patient satisfaction with every patient. Audit charts and ensure compliance with insurance standards and company based systems. Meet and surpass company metrics. Ensure full practice schedules Manage and oversee day to day patient flow with superb customer service ratings for 2 full time providers and 10+staff. Etc.
