Job Summary :

Regional Manager is responsible for the overall workflow and performance in all administrative and clinical areas. This individual's main role is to visit offices daily and train & facilitate the delivery of top-quality services while maximizing productivity. Regional Manager works closely with Group Owner, head Biller, dental providers, office managers, and ancillary staff members to implement quality process improvements as necessary to enhance organizational performance & growth. This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
