Job Description

Overview We're a growing periodontal practice looking for a highly organized, hands-on leader to manage the daily operations of our office. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build the systems and culture of a startup practice — you'll be the key point of contact for patients, staff, and outside agencies, and you'll have real influence over how this office runs and grows. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations: scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and patient flow Supervise and support administrative staff, including training and day-to-day guidance Manage core HR functions: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations Maintain accurate patient records and manage our EHR/practice management software Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly Help implement and improve office workflows as the practice grows Step in for chairside assisting or sterilization support as needed What We're Looking For A self-starter who's motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn — prior dental/medical office experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn dental practice software (we'll train on Curve Dental) Comfortable learning and following HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Ability to pick up new systems quickly, including EHR software and dental terminology A genuine commitment to great patient care and customer service Confident communicator who can grow into a leadership role as the practice grows Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Why Join Us This is a chance to shape a practice from the ground up — your input will directly influence how we operate and grow. Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
