POSITION
SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESThe Practice Manager is responsible for developing and implementing programs and processes to achieve greater productivity, consistency and outcomes of the departments managed. This position works collaboratively with the department director to meet and improve dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation and recommendations for change. This position shall develop departmental capital, operational budgets and provide input into the budgeting process. This position is responsible for employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments relative to key initiatives. This position provides transformational leadership and builds relationships, networks and alliances to reach strategic goals.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related fields is required. A minimum of two year's experience in business operations is preferred. Knowledge of lean training is preferred.
