Job Description:
Clayton Services is searching for an Office Manager to join a thriving company in the Galleria Houston area.
Job Type:
Direct Hire Schedule:
Monday•Friday•8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay Rate:
$65,000•$70,000/year plus discretionary bonus

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Open and sort all mail Organize and maintain files Monitor and order office supplies and equipment Organize, schedule, and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, etc. Pay and code bills Complete expense reports Run errands Mail out checks Enter deposits Answer phones and take messages Answer emails Type letters, closing documents, scanning, etc. Coordinate with IT Liaison with building manager/landlord for repairs, etc. Facilitate field operations requests Create and maintain the company website Manage requests made by field operations and accounting Utilize WolfePak accounting software for accounting, royalty, and operational support functions Assist with maintaining royalty owner records and responding to royalty owner inquiries Other duties as assigned
Administrative Assistant Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent time management skills Excellent organization skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work successfully without direct supervision Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable Extremely professional Computer proficiency Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Administrative Assistant Education and Experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executives Previous oil and gas industry experience is highly preferred Previous experience dealing with royalty owners is preferred Administrative Assistant•Immediate need.
