Experience at an imaging center is required. Medical office front desk experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our imaging center office. Duties

• Scheduling and insurance verification and proficiency in EMR is required. Supervise and coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
• Manage administrative functions such as calendar management, front desk operations, and filing systems
• Oversee budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
• Maintain office equipment and phone systems
• Perform general office duties including clerical tasks as needed Experience
• Proven experience in an Office Manager or front desk lead at a medical clinic.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in supervising staff members is a plus
