Office Manager/Insurance Specialist

About us Canyon Crossing Dental is a general dental practice is the St. George area. Our dentists have been in the area since 2006 with an excellent reputation. Our goal is to provide state of the art dentistry in an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism. Canyon Crossing Dental emphasizes advanced implant and cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for an ambitious team player to be our Front Desk Manager/Treatment Coordinator. Help ensure smooth patient flow when checking in and out . Have treatment plans organized and printed at the end of consult appointments. Be able to review insurance benefits and help present treatment plans. Explain efficiently why treatment is required and help patients create a budget that aligns with the prioritized treatment. Front desk experience necessary . Work with clinical team to ensure doctors' and hygienists' schedules are full and maximized for efficient production. Open Dental Software experience helpful (similar to Dentrix).
