Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, employee management, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. Duties
Develop and implement training programs for office staff
Communicate effectively with team members, and providers
Manage office budgeting and financial transactions
Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed
Oversee office management tasks to maintain efficiency
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
Coordinate vendor management activities
Assist in event planning and execution Skills
Proficient in training development and implementation
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
Previous experience in office management roles preferred
