Job Description
Qualifications and Skills We can train the right person for the job by teaching the skills necessary to be a Office Manager. We are looking for a person with an upbeat personality, strong work ethic, and good communication skills. As a Dental Office Manager and Receptionist, you will be the first impression new patients have of our practice, whether on the phone, e-mail or face to face, and therefore have a very important role in promoting and marketing the practice and establishing rapport. Responsibilities and Duties Patient Communication - greet patients and dismiss them after treatment, explain treatment options and benefits of dental care, make follow up calls, assist with reminder calls, scheduling patients for treatment and follow up care. Review and discuss treatment and insurance benefits with patients. Record Keeping - Enter treatment diagnosed into Dentrix, post completed treatment, review clinical notes, document pertinent conversations with patients, patient concerns etc into clinical notes, print prescriptions and record, consent forms, scan and save documents to Dentrix, assist with insurance verification.
