Office Manager - Operations & Client Experience Maids in Brown is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Arlington, Alexandria, Washington DC, Bethesda, McLean, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Office Manager to help support our daily operations and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and playing a key role in a growing company. Pay $20-$23 per hour , based on experience Job Type Full-Time Location Arlington, VA Responsibilities Manage client communication via phone, email, and text Respond to client questions and resolve service concerns Coordinate schedule changes, reschedules, and operational adjustments Support billing, collections, account updates, and price increases Maintain accurate client and employee records Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support Monitor office processes and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident customer service approach Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Proficiency with computers and common office software Experience in office management, customer service, scheduling, operations, hospitality, or administrative support preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is required What Success Looks Like Clients receive prompt, professional communication Scheduling issues are resolved efficiently Billing and collections remain accurate and organized Employee onboarding is completed consistently Operational issues are addressed proactively Client satisfaction and retention remain strong Why Join Maids in Brown?
