We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and leadership-driven Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support team development, and help drive practice growth and excellence. Position Summary The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business and operational functions of the practice to ensure efficiency, growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service. This role serves as a leader, mentor, and strategic partner to the doctor and team while helping maintain a positive, productive, and patient-focused culture. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced in dental office management and treatment coordination. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee and support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experiences Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the front office and clinical team Conduct morning huddles and regular team meetings Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, office protocols, and company policies Treatment Coordination & Financial Management Ensure treatment plans are completed, presented, and followed up on promptly Track and manage pending treatment using treatment tracking systems Conduct financial consultations and explain payment options and insurance benefits clearly to patients Support patients with scheduling and financing arrangements Ensure insurance claims and pre-authorizations are submitted accurately and followed up on efficiently Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and insurance aging reports Practice Growth & Performance Help drive practice growth through patient retention, customer service, and marketing initiatives Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, case acceptance, and scheduling efficiency Assist in achieving practice production and financial goals Support efficient scheduling and payroll management Partner closely with the doctor to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of dental office management or leadership experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling systems Experience with dental practice management software (Curve Dental experience preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to lead by example and thrive in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in treatment coordination and patient financing Strong understanding of practice metrics, collections, and team management What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Growth and leadership development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern, technology-driven office Employee benefits package available Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing practice If you are passionate about leadership, patient care, organization, and helping a team thrive, we would love to meet you.
