DENTAL Office Manager & Patient Experience Manager

Morrison Dental Group is seeking to hire a DENTAL Experience and Office manager to work in our Mechanicsville office. All applicants will only be considered active for 30 days. After that period of time you must reapply for any open position. Earn between $26.00 to $29.00+/hour - pay is based on experience. The ideal Office Manager will have experience in the following: At least three plus years in a dental administration --REQUIRED Owns Patient Experience, putting patient first Working with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage Management experience: needs to be able to effectively manage the office team Answering and responding to telephone calls with professionalism Scheduling and confirming patients' appointments according to protocol and patient preferences Owning the office schedule, filling it empty slots for patients on short-call lists Complete knowledge of all financial options to offer accordingly to patients Going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service Our company is growing!
