Snip Squad is a growing nonprofit veterinary clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable veterinary care. We're looking for an exceptional Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead our team and build an outstanding workplace culture. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about both people and animals. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic Lead, coach, and develop reception, assistant, and technician teams Create and manage staff schedules Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns professionally Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Monitor clinic efficiency and workflow Help establish and improve clinic policies and procedures Work closely with the Medical Director to achieve operational and financial goals Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, state veterinary regulations, and clinic protocols Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture What We're Looking For Previous veterinary management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team development Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfortable making decisions and holding team members accountable Experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus Passion for nonprofit work and improving access to veterinary care Good vibes only Why Join Snip Squad?
