Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee Day-to-Day Operations:
Ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations at dental office location.
Manage Office Staff:
Lead and motivate office staff, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction across all teams.
Compliance and Records Management:
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws.
Patient and Provider Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, insurance providers, and dental professionals to provide exceptional service.
Appointment Management:
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, optimizing the schedule for maximum efficiency.
Billing and Accounts Management:
Oversee patient accounts and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Patient Satisfaction:
Ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. Skills and Qualifications 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with people management and leading a team. Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in dental billing and insurance procedures, dental software, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with dental software.
