The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial management, and experience in dental office administration. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for both staff and patients. Our ideal candidate for the Practice Manager Position will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with the dentist and staff and promote teamwork through demonstrated behaviors while delivering exemplary patient care.

Responsibilities:
The Practice Manager will provide exceptional customer service, Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns, Scheduling appointments, Checking patients in and out, Collecting co-payments, Presenting treatment plans, holding team members accountable for their responsibilities, find any issues the office may be facing and work with staff to find solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and manage the dental office staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and collections to maintain the fiscal health of the practice. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize dental software for patient scheduling, record keeping, and billing processes. Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure that all patient interactions are handled professionally and compassionately. Coordinate with dental professionals regarding patient care and treatment plans. Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Provide training and support to staff on office protocols and software usage.
Skills:
Dental Front Office experience required, Working Knowledge of dental insurance Experience presenting treatment plans, Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

$25.57 - $30.79 per hour
