Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a full-time Dental Office Lead / Treatment Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, coordinating patient care, and leading a dedicated team of dental professionals. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth practice functioning. Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Manage patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring clear communication between patients and providers. Handle financial aspects such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and budget management to optimize practice revenue. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all clinic activities. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate medical records and facilitate seamless patient management. Monitor clinic performance metrics, implement process improvements, and support staff training to uphold high-quality care standards. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in medical administrative support. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing teams within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic; familiarity with patient management software is essential. Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards. Strong understanding of medical billing, financial management, budgeting, and healthcare reimbursement processes. Excellent managerial communication skills paired with exceptional customer service abilities. Background in dental office experience or clinic operations; experience in acute or hospital care is a plus. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
