Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resources Staff Training & Education Scheduling & Workflow Discipline & Staff Support Client Relations Financial Management Skills & Qualifications:
Prior veterinary industry experience strongly preferred, but not required Previous management or leadership experience required Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution Experience with payroll, budgeting, and inventory management Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times Metrics for Success Operational & Workflow Efficiency Financial Performance Team Development & Retention Client Satisfaction Compliance & Safety Compensation $23-$25 per hour depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision Retirement plan Paid time off Employee discounts
