Federal Way, WA Job Details From $32 an hour 2 hours ago Full Job Description We are a growing, patient-centered single-doctor general dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team. Our office provides a full range of general dental services, including restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, dental implants, dentures, extractions, and other comprehensive treatment procedures. We are committed to providing the highest quality patient care and are looking for someone who shares that commitment. Our team is friendly, supportive, and enjoys working together to create an exceptional experience for our patients. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the dental office Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment flow Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and collections Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances Train, coach, and evaluate team members Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Maintain a positive patient experience and address concerns professionally Track key performance indicators, including production, collections, and patient retention Coordinate with doctors, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow Manage vendor relationships and office supplies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Experience with dental practice management software(Dentrix) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional, patient-focused attitude Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm No evenings or weekends required How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your dental office management experience.
