Job Description

A Note to
Candidates:
The job market is tough right now. We know that. And we'll be honest with you: we're not looking for someone to fill a seat
  • we're looking for an A Player who wants to build something. This is a family office. That means it's dynamic, fast-moving, and different every week. It's not a Fortune 500 with a 60-page onboarding manual. There's real upside here
  • this role is designed to grow into a senior, well-compensated position over time.
But that only happens if we grow together, and that only happens if you're the right fit. We've interviewed a lot of candidates over the years. We know who we're looking for. If you read this posting and you're genuinely excited about it: the work, the pace, the opportunity, then we want to hear from you. If your first instinct is to negotiate the rate or reframe your qualifications as something different from what we've described, this probably isn't the right fit. The right person reads this and thinks: that's exactly what I'm looking for. 1. Mission This person exists to own the day-to-day operations of NAAKEF
  • running Market HQ, managing the rental property portfolio, and supporting Nick and Ariana Anderson so that they can move fast without losing ground on the details. 2. Why This Role Exists Nick and Ariana Anderson operate two growing businesses (OneAccord and the ARIID Group) alongside a family office that includes a coworking space, a midterm rental property, and a vacation rental
  • with more real estate development projects on the horizon. They live high-volume, fast-paced lives with limited bandwidth to manage operations directly. This role exists to absorb that operational load. The right person becomes a trusted, indispensable resource to the family and the broader team
  • someone who picks things up fast, runs with them, and comes back with results instead of questions.
3. About
NAAKEF NAAKEF
is the family office of Nick and Ariana Anderson, entrepreneurs and real estate investors based in the Pacific Northwest.
NAAKEF currently owns and operates:
  • Market HQ
  • a coworking space in Kirkland, Washington
  • Lake Forest Park Midterm Rental
  • a 6-bedroom home providing accommodations to traveling nurses and mid-term tenants
  • Sagecliffe Vacation Rental
  • a short-term rental property at the Sagecliffe Resort near the Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington
  • Real estate development projects
  • current and future The Office Manager is the operational hub for all of these. They also provide administrative and event support to OneAccord and the ARIID Group, interfacing with a combined team of 20+ people across three companies. 4. Outcomes and Accountabilities (Evaluated as Yes / Partial / No) 90-Day Targets
  • Full ownership of Market HQ operations: members are supported, marketing is running, space is functioning without Nick or Ariana in the loop on daily issues
  • All rental properties are managed end-to-end with no dropped balls: rent collected, maintenance handled, tenants/guests communicated with promptly
  • Nick and Ariana's event and client coordination needs are being handled proactively, not reactively 1-Year Targets
  • Has grown meaningfully in the role
  • taking on new responsibilities without being asked
  • Has identified and implemented mprovements to existing processes or systems
  • Trusted point of contact for the broader team (OneAccord + ARIID) for coordination and logistics
  • Nick and Ariana spend zero time managing operational details that this person owns 5. Focus Areas and Key Responsibilities Market HQ Operations
  • Day-to-day management of the Kirkland coworking space
  • Member relations: onboarding, communication, retention
  • Marketing the space to drive occupancy
  • Facility upkeep and vendor coordination Rental Property Management
  • Manage midterm rental (Lake Forest Park) and vacation rental (Sage Cliff)
  • Tenant and guest communication, lease execution, rent collection
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property readiness
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and inquiries Executive and Administrative Support
  • Support Nick and Ariana across NAAKEF, OneAccord, and ARIID Group
  • Calendar management, correspondence, and follow-up
  • Client-facing communication, client gifts, and relationship touches
  • Represent each company with professionalism and discretion Event Planning and Coordination
  • Plan and execute events for OneAccord and ARIID Group
  • Logistics, vendor management, guest communication, and day-of execution
  • High attention to detail; events reflect the brand and reputation of the companies 6. How You Show Up Nick and Ariana move fast. They do not have time to check in on whether things got handled. When they hand something off, it gets handled
  • and they hear about it when it's done, not when it's blocked. This is a startup environment inside a family office. There is no playbook for every situation. The right person figures it out, asks when they genuinely need help, and brings solutions alongside the problems. Working closely with a family has unique dynamics. Over time, this person becomes a trusted part of the inner circle
  • that trust is earned through discretion, consistency, and genuine care for the people and the work.
7. Competencies Non-Negotiable Takes initiative. Does not wait to be told. Sees what needs doing and does it. The person who asks "what should I do next?" every hour is the wrong hire. Coachable and feedback-hungry. Takes feedback as information, not criticism. Gets better with every correction. This is a growth role
  • the person who stops growing is the wrong fit.
High social awareness and presence. Will represent Nick and Ariana directly with clients, members, tenants, and guests. Must read rooms, communicate with polish, and leave people with a good impression every time. Technology fluency. Comfortable with CRM tools, social media platforms, and project management software. Capable of learning new tools as they're introduced. NAAKEF is becoming AI-native
  • this person must be a willing and active adopter, not a reluctant one. Thrives in ambiguity. The job doesn't always come with a clear instruction set. The right person gets comfortable with that fast and builds the clarity themselves. Discretion. Works close to the family. What stays inside stays inside. Strong Preference
  • Prior experience in property management, office management, or executive assistance
  • Event planning background
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
  • Familiarity with coworking or hospitality operations 8.
Experience Requirements Required:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently without close supervision
  • Comfort with client-facing communication in a professional context
  • Proficiency with standard business technology (email, calendar, project management tools) Helpful but not required:
  • Property management experience (short-term, midterm, or long-term rental)
  • Office or facility management background
  • Event coordination experience
  • Prior experience supporting a principal or executive directly Credentials and degrees are not the deciding factor. Track record and trajectory are. 9. Failure Profile (Red Flags) The person who looks right but fails in this seat typically shows one or more of these patterns:
  • Waits to be told. Passive. Needs direction for every next step. Cannot self-generate priorities.
  • Fragile to feedback. Shuts down, gets defensive, or disengages when corrected. Growth stops.
  • Comfort-seeker. Wants a predictable, low-friction job. This is not that.
  • Tech-resistant. Slow to adopt new tools. Sees AI and automation as a threat rather than leverage.
  • Freezes in ambiguity. Gets paralyzed when the path isn't obvious. Cannot operate without a playbook.
  • Low social awareness.
Misreads rooms, over-shares, or creates friction in client and tenant relationships.
Pay:
$25.00
  • $30.
00 per hour
