Front Office Lead / Treatment Coordinator (Office Managers Welcome) We are seeking an organized, patient-centered Front Office Lead to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for a strong treatment coordinator with proven sales ability, high treatment acceptance success, and a passion for helping patients move forward with the care they need. The Front Office Lead will work directly with the doctor to help the practice meet performance metrics while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, experienced in financial discussions, insurance coordination, accounts receivable, and leadership within a fast-paced dental office. We are also open to candidates with office management experience, with this role being an office manager position Responsibilities Treatment Presentation & Financial Coordination Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Help patients understand clinical recommendations, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities Achieve high treatment acceptance through strong communication and relationship-building skills Secure patient commitment and schedule treatment efficiently Present payment options and facilitate financing applications, including third-party financing such as CareCredit and Cherry Collections & Accounts Receivable Collect co-pays and past-due balances Manage accounts receivable and maintain collection goals Monitor outstanding balances and follow up professionally with patients Leadership & Office Operations Lead the front office team with professionalism and accountability Work closely with the doctor to monitor office metrics and operational goals Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming patient experience Adapt to changing priorities and support overall office efficiency Reconcile daily bank deposits and complete end-of-day reporting Qualifications Previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required Proven track record of high treatment acceptance and strong sales performance preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to discuss sensitive financial topics with empathy and professionalism Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and insurance coordination Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership experience preferred but not required Familiarity with third-party financing platforms such as CareCredit and Cherry preferred Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Opportunity for occasional Fridays off Benefits Competitive compensation Guaranteed retirement match Annual bonus opportunities Paid time off Paid sick leave Free dental care Family dental plan Health insurance Continuing education opportunities What We're Looking For A motivated, patient-focused professional who thrives in a leadership role Someone who can build trust with patients while helping them commit to necessary treatment A team player who is adaptable, organized, and driven by results A positive leader committed to excellent customer service and practice growth Compensation Pay range is $30-40 per hour depending on experience, leadership background, and proven treatment acceptance success. We are especially interested in candidates with strong leadership experience and a history of high treatment acceptance rates. However, we are also open to candidates who may not yet have leadership experience but do have strong treatment coordination experience and are looking to grow into a leadership role.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
