This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with patient-centered care, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a welcoming environment for patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management, and a passion for delivering exceptional dental experiences. Join us to make a meaningful impact in our patients' oral health journeys while managing a thriving practice. Duties Oversee all aspects of office operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and scheduling follow-up appointments with clarity and empathy Manage financial processes such as billing, coding, collections, budgeting, and fiscal management to maintain practice profitability Supervise administrative staff, providing training and guidance on medical office procedures, compliance standards, and customer service excellence Utilize dental practice management software Dentrix and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate medical records and streamline patient management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies to uphold legal and ethical standards Facilitate communication between dental providers, patients, insurance companies, and external vendors to ensure seamless information flow and patient satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in medical office operations Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams with excellent managerial communication skills Knowledge of medical billing, coding, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and medical records management Strong understanding of healthcare regulation policies including JCAHO accreditation standards and managed care practices Ability to handle fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation effectively Experience in acute care or critical care environments is a plus; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Managed Care or Health Regulation Policy Knowledge is preferred Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining a positive practice environment Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care!
