Tampa, FL Why This Role Matters:
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is the strategic anchor and technical translator responsible for designing, scaling, and driving the roadmap of the core platform capabilities that power our entire MVH product portfolio. Acting as the critical bridge between the business, the product teams, and technical execution teams, the TPM translates complex system dependencies into reusable, secure, and highly efficient shared infrastructure (such as APIs, cloud integrations, and common workflows). By championing platform adoption across the MVH organization, the TPM eliminates redundant efforts, reduces technical debt, and unlocks indirect business value—ensuring our customer-facing applications can scale rapidly, securely, and seamlessly.You Will:
Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Platform Strategy & Road mapping Establish product roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management that satisfy requirements across the record-to-report (RTR) product portfolio across Oracle ERP, Essbase, and OneStream.- Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders to build common, reusable capabilities. Adoption & Change Management Champion the platform to drive internal adoption and evangelis m across the organization.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, clean APIs, onboarding resources, and a superior customer and developer experience .
- Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. Technical & Risk Management Ensure the platform complies with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Make strategic "build, buy, or partner" decisions for platform solutions.
Your Experience Should Include:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.Preferred:
Demonstrated working knowledge of Oracle ERP, Essbase, and OneStream 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role. Foundational understanding of accounting and the relationship between financial statements across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow. Hands-on experience with data reconciliation between detailed financial transactions in Oracle ERP and financial reporting lines in Essbase/OneStream. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar). Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Salary Range:
$90,300- $141,094 Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
