Responsible for all aspects of the practice including providing an exceptional patient experience. Team member development and accountability, and overall financial profitability of the practice. Monitor production, collection, and receivables on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows a proactive effort to improve the practice. Build positive relationships with clinical practitioners, dental assistants, and administrative team members. Thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats. Responsible for the overall success of the practice as measured by patient satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and meeting business goals both financial and operational.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing. Ability to think strategically. AR/AP experience, along with fundamental accounting skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Experience Required:
1-5 years of management experience in a dental office. Knowledge of dental billing (FFS, PPO). Self-motivated and ambitious. Excellent communication skills.
