What You'll Do:

You'll be the heartbeat of our clinic's day-to-day operations! Whether you're coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, or assisting the clinic owner, you'll play a key role in making sure everything is in tip-top shape. From handling administrative tasks to supporting our clinical staff, no two days are the same, and you'll never be bored!

Your Daily Adventures Include:

Being the clinic owner's right-hand person: Handle call-backs, emails, and important communications.

Keeping our online presence fresh:

Manage our social media updates and website. Supporting the clinic like a pro: Organize documents, ensure inventory is on point, and assist with scheduling.

Weekly and Monthly Responsibilities:

Help keep things humming by submitting coupons, updating pricing, and checking pharmacy stock. Maintain equipment and stay on top of routine maintenance—furnace filters and ultrasound machines will be your domain! Ensure we meet all compliance standards (OSHA, DEA, state guidelines) like the clinic superstar you are. In Your Spare Time (If You Have It!): Help us keep our clinic sparkling! Dust, clean, and organize all spaces. Coordinate "Lunch & Learns" and run small errands (sometimes picking up lunch—it's always appreciated!). Tackle special projects with the clinic owner, whether it's a renovation or a new service launch. What You Bring to the

A can-do attitude and a love for multitasking. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. Confidence with computers and a willingness to learn new systems quickly. You Have:

Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting (but if you don't, we'll train the right person!).
