Versatile role combining clinical support and administrative duties in a healthcare environment supporting employee care and office operations.Key Responsibilities Medical:
- Assist with physical examinations, conduct drug/alcohol screenings, support clinical staff
Administrative:
Answer phones, manage employee communications, operate office equipment, employee scheduling, file management and organization of archived records, data entry into Cority EMR system, organize employee medical charts Required Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and computer literacy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn new systems and tasks
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital, medical office, doctor's office, or dental office experience
- Medical background or healthcare experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Multiple backgrounds welcome: LPN, Medical Technologist, EMT, or Medical Clerk
