Job Description

Chiropractic Front Desk Staff Busy chiropractic and occupational medicine office seeking a dependable, organized front desk staff member. This position includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, collecting payments, scanning documents, entering patient information, handling paperwork, and helping keep the daily office workflow running smoothly. The right person must have excellent phone and customer-service skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced office. Qualifications Excellent phone and communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, email, scanning, and data entry Ability to quickly learn office and healthcare software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Dependable, punctual, accurate, and professional Healthcare or medical-office experience preferred The ideal candidate learns quickly, stays calm under pressure, and remains friendly and accurate while managing a busy workload.
Schedule:
Approximately 18-22 hours per week. Additional hours may be available during a planned eight-week employee leave and occasionally as staffing needs arise.
Pay:
$17-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits:
Paid vacation and personal days are available after completion of the required eligibility period. Paid select holidays are also provided.
