Job Description

Duties to include but not limited to: Process electronic and paper releases of information Provide records to outside facilities for continuity of care Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient records Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Communicating with healthcare professionals to obtain information or records for continuity of care Verifying the accuracy and security of patient files Resolving health record discrepancies by analyzing the right information Maintaining compliance with legal requirements regarding patient health information
