What You'll Do Create, organize, and maintain medical records, files, logs, and documents and ensure confidentiality. Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare inventory reports. Assist with referral coordination and transfer of medical records. Support the preparation of routine medical and dental reports. Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with sign-in/out logs and record security protocols. Support clerical tasks related to patient records and administrative documentation. What You Need Current eligibility for ICE clearance (US Citizenship required). Prior experience with medical records, clerical work, or related fields preferred. Ability to organize and maintain confidential records accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures is a plus. About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in California City for a 13-week contract. Your role will be essential in maintaining accurate medical records and supporting the smooth operation of healthcare documentation processes. The assignment begins as soon as your ICE clearance is approved, with an expected clearance time of 4-6 weeks.
