Job Description

Our personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced full-time Medical Records Clerk. Candidates should have knowledge of personal injury cases, medical records, billing, and liens.
Responsibilities:
Request, track, and manage medical records and bills from healthcare providers Review and organize medical records for personal injury cases Handle medical billing, liens, and correspondence with providers and lienholders Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and balances Maintain accurate and organized client files Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Support attorneys and case managers as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a medical records clerk or similar role in a personal injury law firm (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional communication skills Punctual, reliable and a team player Starting pay of $19.50 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience. There is also a potential for additional benefits.
