Job Description

Intake and Referral Specialist Schedule Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM.

Job Duties:

Monitor all incoming referral sources and update all coordinating drives and team. Perform Eligibility check and schedule all incoming referrals. This position requires heavy phone duties and must have basic Microsoft office skills, along with customer service/ people skills. Other Duties as assigned.

Job Type:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
