Summary Medical Records Clerk is responsible for validating and entering patients' health information into the electronic health records system. Additionally, they will compile, process, and maintain patient files. The Medical Records Clerk will also classify and enter patients' medical information into the healthcare industry's numerical coding system. Job Responsibilities Update and Maintain Medical Records Data entry into EHR systems. Receiving and Faxing Medical Records Filing and Pulling Medical Charts Scanning notes into the EHR Organize Chart Audits Benefits Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, company paid life insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent certificate Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards
