We are seeking a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to provide support to doctor's office. The right candidate will be a team player with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to embrace change. This is not your average office! We are a full-service practice and provide everything from diagnosis and treatment, routine medical care, preventative health services, health education and insurance processing.

Responsibilities:

Order patients' labs, tests, and procedures and maintain a record of charges. Perform administrative work and other office tasks; operate standard office equipment. Perform routine phlebotomy, venipuncture, and skin punctures. Communicate with physicians and other health care providers. Screen and evaluate patients for health problems. Manage patient information in electronic medical records systems. Register and discharge patients Insurance verification Completed scheduling duties and organized phone calls and appointments.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
