Job Description

CCLI is looking for an Addiction Counselor with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate level of care. Refer clients to alternative levels of care when clinically indicated. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions. Complete clinical documentation such as treatment plans, progress notes, and reports. Document in an electronic medical records system. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person centered care.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or
GED. CASAC-T
that is CASAC eligible. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. PC proficiency and the ability to input and maintain electronic medical records. Valid NYS Driver's License needed for occasional use of business vehicle to transport clients.
Schedule:
Full time - 35 hours a week - 1-2 evenings required.
Rate of Pay:
non- bilingual $25 per hour - bilingual $28 per hour This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
