Job Description

Payroll/Medical Records Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll/Medical Records professional to join our team at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of healthcare services in Butler, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll and medical records processes. Payroll/Medical Records Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents, including tracking treatment plans, medication regimens, and test results Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant confidentiality regulations Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of resident care, including documenting incidents, accidents, and concerns Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards, implementing improvements and updates as necessary
Payroll/Medical Records Requirements:
Prior experience in payroll and/or medical records administration Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
