Job Description

Kadima is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk to support our clinical and operational teams. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining accurate resident medical records while ensuring appropriate inventory and distribution of medical and facility supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys organization, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Medical Records Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Ensure timely and accurate filing (electronic and/or paper) Assist with audits, record requests, and compliance reviews Protect confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Support nursing and interdisciplinary teams with documentation needs Central Supply Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking Maintain clean, organized supply storage areas Track usage and assist with cost control efforts Work closely with nursing staff to ensure supply needs are met Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in healthcare, medical records, or supply/inventory preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (EMR experience a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred What We Offer Same day pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the Kadima organization Comprehensive benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Kadima?
