Responsibilities:

Make phone calls to various facilities and provider offices to retrieve large amounts of medical records Enter tracking information in programs Performs various other project- related tasks as needed Shift priorities based on project needs

Requirements:

High School Diploma Database entry and call center experience Proficient with use of databases and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Medical office experience and familiar with medical terminology Must possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree Ability to build relationships with providers through consistent communication to retrieve medical records Ability to adapt to change #LI-GL1 #INDEPI
