Ensures that every medical record document is properly prepared and scanned into Powerchart, the electronic medical record system. Documents scanned to correct medical record number, placeholder and date and time.
Position Qualification:
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
