Schedule:
Full-time, 40hrs/week. What You'll Do Assists with duties relating to the operation of multiple physician clinics and corresponding staff. Assist with monitoring of departmental policies and procedures to ensure health system standards are met and implemented. Promote job satisfaction, enrichment and achievement for purposes of employee longevity for the medical providers and clinic staff. Facilitate effective communication and interdepartmental relationships. Assist with physician clinic start ups, moves and closures. Assist with audit of monthly clinic business operations to measure accuracy of the billing process, accounts receivable, medical coding systems, and regulatory guidelines. Assist with monitoring documentation in the EMR and billing documentation by reporting timeliness, unsigned and/or incomplete medical records. Assisting with communication and daily interaction with Office Coordinators regarding a variety of operational questions, processes, policies, and problematic issues. Provide training for all staffed positions in physician clinics. Requirements Post high school education in medical records/physicians billing/documentation or related field or equivalent experience.
