Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position is under the direct supervision of the Office Operations Manager II- SES.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation and grammar usage. Skill in typing and utilization of computers. Ability to alphabetized and file. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. Ability to type letters, memoranda and other standard business forms in correct formation. Ability to operate general office equipment. Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds. Knowledge and skills to operation computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to scan and store documents accurately in an electronic format. Customer service skills.Qualifications:
Minimum- Valid Driver's License Preferred
- Previous medical records experience, previous clerical experience, previous customer service experience.
