In this on-site role, you'll perform venipuncture, monitor donor vital signs, manage adverse reactions, and document care in EHR systems. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and monitor donors throughout the plasma donation process Assess donor eligibility, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs Recognize and manage donor reactions and emergencies following clinical protocols Document all clinical care and observations accurately in EHR systems Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and center staff to optimize donor and patient care Support quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Educate donors on procedures, aftercare, and health considerations Operate and troubleshoot relevant medical and collection equipment Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and patient-centered clinic environment Required Skills Venipuncture and phlebotomy Patient assessment and triage Vital signs monitoring IV insertion and management Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Infection control and safety compliance Emergency response and basic life support (BLS) Specimen handling and processing Clinical quality assurance Patient education and communication
